Aaron Gillespie, lead singer for popular Christian band The Almost and the former drummer for Underoath, just wrapped up a three-day trip with Samaritan’s Purse and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Haiti. Gillespie traveled to Haiti to film a music video for his upcoming solo worship album, “Anthem Song,” scheduled to release on March 8. The video is for the first single, “We Were Made for You.”

For many children, this last year has been an enormous struggle. For many, the opportunity for education is only a dream. But Samaritan’s Purse is starting to work with schools and orphanages to help build provide a future for the youth of this country. |

Many parts of Port au Prince still stand as reminders of the earthquake that struck more than a year ago. But progress is being made. Samaritan’s Purse is committed to working in Haiti long term with livelihood programs and ministries to help people rebuild their lives. |
