As an evangelist for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Franklin has proclaimed the Gospel to more than 6 million people. In 1978 he helped organize World Medical Mission with Drs. Dr. Stephen Alfred graduated from Mumbai Medical School in India, and then continued his career in the United Kingdom, where he was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. Dr. Alfred returned to India in 1992, responding to God’s call to help provide health care for the underserved near his home in Thane. Dr. Alfred’s dream led to the formation of the Bethany Trust which funded the construction of Lok Hospital, a 56-bed, full-service facility. Today, Dr. Alfred is coordinating the construction of the new 100-bed Bethany Trust Hospital. When the new hospital is complete, Lok Hospital will be devoted to the treatment of HIV/AIDS victims, and provide care for people struggling with alcohol and drug abuse addictions.

Aileen Coleman has been ministering to people in the Middle East for more than 50 years, serving for 40 years among the Bedouin people of Jordan. Aileen and her staff have treated thousands of patients at Annoor Sanatorium in Mafraq and through its outpatient clinic in the Negev desert. Aileen recently coordinated the construction of a home for babies who need special care. “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these," Aileen said, quoting Luke 18:16. "May His kingdom come in these desert lands through the hands that serve Him in this new baby home."

Rev.
