Boone, NC - We're looking for an experienced human resource generalist to collaborate closely with and be the single HR point of contact to assigned departments/areas as a Human Resource Partner. Primary responsibility will be to provide Human Resources strategies, processes and practices that align with and accelerate the customer’s business objectives. This will be accomplished through strong leadership and development coaching and acting as an HR advisor to senior leadership. This role operates on the principle of servant leadership and maintains a strong customer focus. The HR Partner will:

• Select, apply and implement HR services and solutions to fit the business needs.
• Partner with all HR staff to provide seamless delivery of HR services to the division.
• Manage and consult on all employee relations issues within customer area.
• Articulate business needs and influence the design of HR processes and tools to ensure business objectives are met.
• Provide people management data, analysis implications and recommendations.
• Provide coaching to the senior leadership team and their staff on HR issues.
• Understand organizational development needs and create strategies to build/fill gaps in those capabilities.
• Lead, measure and facilitate the improvement of leadership and team effectiveness.

Experience/Education
BS/BA in a business related field and a minimum of 8 to 10 years directly related HR generalist experience working in a multinational organization. MBA or related degree and five or more years of supervisory/management experience desired. SHRM Professional Human Resources Certification or other recognized HR certification preferred. One year of college-level Biblical studies is preferred.
