OCC Administrative Assistant

Marriottsville, MD - Challenging opportunity for capable self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to provide administrative support for the Operation Christmas Child Mid Atlantic Region Field Office serving MD, DE, NJ, PA, VA and DC.

Responsibilities include corresponding with volunteers and staff through letters, phone calls, e-mails, and faxes; facilitating mass mailings and processing requests for promotional materials, as needed.

Position manages volunteer data through software programs and communicates with volunteers to assist recruitment efforts with churches, schools, and community groups; provides support for training meetings, collection logistics, and office reports; and processes a variety of administrative forms on a regular basis.

Desirable candidate will be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment, and demonstrate proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and be able to learn other software and applications as needed.
