OCC Assistant Director, Promotions & Partnerships (421)

Boone, NC - Seeking individual to manage all deliverables and initiatives of the Operation Christmas Child Community Relations and Media Team as well as the Church Relations and Prayer Team. These teams of staff and volunteers facilitate national partnerships and endorsements for Operation Christmas Child that generate shoe box and financial donations on a local level. This is accomplished through ministry partnerships, corporate partnerships, traditional media, social media, artist relationships, prayer systems and initiatives and volunteer initiatives with the goal of furthering the branding Samaritan’s Purse/Operation Christmas Child.

Position and teams work in conjunction with in-house and agency services for print, web, broadcast and more, promoting, crafting accurate messaging, and furthering the ministry of Operation Christmas Child. Position responsible for deliverables of teams responsible for national denominational partnerships and endorsements, mega church engagement, national prayer systems and initiatives, local support of church recruitment and prayer recruitment strategies and more.

Strong leadership skills and demonstrated achievement in generating and managing promotional partnerships, brand management, and leadership of skilled teams and high level promotional initiatives needed. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel required. Proven ability to move large collaborative goals forward in a fast paced environment required.
