Pastors in Niger Say Thank You

Pastors in Niger share a video message with Samaritan's Purse supporters

In mid-August, Samaritan’s Purse launched a campaign to help rebuild churches in Niger. Houses of Christian worship were burned, looted, and destroyed by Muslim mobs in early January in connection to the Charlie Hebdo attacks in Paris. Since that time, congregations have continued to meet in the rubble left behind.

Through donations given by supporters like you, believers in Niger will be able to rebuild their churches, and, in doing so, minister to those who have persecuted them. Watch the video above to hear a message recorded by some of the pastors with whom we are working.

You can also view a photo blog aquí about the church burnings in Niger. Please continue to pray for strength and boldness for persecuted Christians there and around the world.
