A disaster relief unit is deploying to the area as we prepare to help homeowners in Jesus' Name.
Samaritan’s Purse is responding in southwestern Michigan after a tornado tore through St. Joseph and Cass counties, damaging hundreds of homes across the area.
A North American Disaster Relief Unit will depart our Wilkes Office and Warehouse in North Carolina this evening as we prepare to deploy volunteers in Three Rivers and surrounding communities. Our base of operations will be at our host church: Riverside Church at 207 East Michigan Ave in Three Rivers.

Volunteers will help homeowners in Jesus’ Name, cleaning up fallen trees and debris and sharing the hope of the Gospel with hurting residents.
Billy Graham Rapid Response chaplains are also deploying to offer emotional support and spiritual care to homeowners.
We are working with local officials to assess the full scope of the damage and determine how volunteers can best assist families in need. Check back here or at spvolunteer.org for updates on volunteer opportunities as they become available.
