Help Mothers and Their Children Across the Globe
Samaritan’s Purse is serving moms and their newborns in places where essential medical care isn’t available.
Mothers are some of the mightiest warriors in the world. But in many places, jobs are few, hunger is widespread, and medical care is scarce.
Samaritan’s Purse is working in countries around the world to save the lives of mothers, babies, and children who are struggling in impoverished and hard-to-reach communities. Our teams are teaching moms about nutrition and hygiene, training midwives and traditional birth attendants, providing obstetric care, building birthing centers, delivering supplemental food, and much more.
More importantly, we assure these moms that they and their children are loved by God and precious to Him. We want them to know our Savior who came “that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
