Report of Misconduct

Samaritan’s Purse (“the Ministry”) is committed to the highest standards of legal, moral, and ethical conduct. As part of fulfilling this commitment, Samaritan’s Purse requires all employees to report concerns regarding activity that may be illegal, unethical or violate the Samaritan’s Purse Christian Code of Conduct, the Employee Handbook or any of our other policies. This form is for reporting violations in accordance with the Reporting Concerns Policy 9.01 found within the Samaritan’s Purse Policy Manual. The policy applies to activities of the Ministry, or any person associated or doing business with the Ministry, and provides for the reporting of misconduct violations while ensuring confidentiality and protection against retaliation.
