After tornadoes destroyed entire communities in Mississippi, Samaritan's Purse is providing new mobile homes in Jesus' Name.
Instantly, Jacqueline Crump lost everything. A series of more than 30 tornadoes ripped through much of central Mississippi near the end of March, leveling homes and taking 26 lives. Jacqueline’s home in Amory stood helplessly in the way of one of these powerful twisters, an EF3 category tornado with wind speeds upwards of 135 mph.
“At first, I was really overwhelmed, and my anxiety had kicked in. I cried a lot,” Jacqueline said. However, Jacqueline’s mother reassured her and said, “God is going to fix it.”

Through God’s providence and faithfulness, Samaritan’s Purse provided Jacqueline and her family with a new mobile home free of charge and fully furnished. Out of the rubble and hopelessness came fresh beginnings and strengthened faith. Jacqueline thanks God for providing her with a new home and can’t help but count her blessings.
“Thank you, Jesus,” she said. “In spite of how things looked and how they [were], I know God is able and He is going to see us through.”
Please pray for homeowners to be deeply blessed as a result of our mobile home replacement program.
