Samaritan's Purse is helping families in Colombia following a deadly earthquake.
When a 7.4-magnitude earthquake recently rocked Colombia, it shattered Jessica’s home.
“It was very, very scary,” she said. “Suddenly, we thought that the earth was going to open up, and it was going to swallow everything.”
Her roof caved in, the walls cracked, and the floor split open. She didn’t know what she was going to do. She was overwhelmed.
“I was depressed,” Jessica said. “I wanted to not be here anymore.”
But soon she heard about Samaritan’s Purse, and we were able to supply Jessica with much-needed emergency relief items, including a tarp to keep out the rain.
“Thank you very much for being here,” she said.
View the video above to see how God is supplying for Jessica and others through Samaritan’s Purse.
Please pray for Jessica and all those in Colombia who are still suffering from the devastating earthquake and for our teams as they serve in Jesus’ Name.
