Hurricane Melissa Relief

Samaritan's Purse is responding to the devastation on Jamaica brought by Hurricane Melissa. We airlifted an Emergency Field Hospital to the island and are treating scores of patients daily in the devastated coastal town of Black River. Mobile medical teams are also caring for those in remote areas. Multiple airlifts have carried well more than 500,000 pounds of relief to the island, including community water systems, household filters, solar lights, hygiene kits, medical supplies, cooking kits, shelter tarps, and more.
