In Memory Of
Victor Dixon Jennings - Redlands, CA

Victor Dixon Jennings, born June 27, 1944, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed over to glory on July 12, 2021, at his home in Redlands, California. Vic is survived by his wife of 54 years, Helen “Tee” Jennings; his daughters, Christine Watson and Amanda Sensenig; and his five grandchildren, Ally, Micah, Carter, Jaxon, and Chase.

Vic graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 1967 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. In the beginning of his career, he worked as an engineer for U.S. Steel, while living in Walnut Creek, California. His work in engineering also took the Jennings family to Fresno County and Stockton, California. In the second part of his career, Vic became certified and worked as a medical group administrator at Stockton Cardiology, and most recently for Beaver Medical Group in Highland, California. He retired in 2011.

In his retirement, Vic enjoyed cycling over 7,000 miles per year with Redlands Water Bottle Transit Company, as well as his active membership in Corvettes West Corvette Club.

In his adult life, Vic was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ. He and Tee have been members of Trinity EV Free Church in Redlands for 20 years. His legacy is one of hard work, generosity, fierce devotion to family, and a genuine, heartfelt understanding of what it means to be forgiven. His continual prayer was that of David in Psalm 143:8, “Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.”
