All registration begins at 8 a.m. local time according to the respective processing center site.

- Oct. 22: Baltimore area, Maryland; Dallas/Ft. Worth area, Texas
- Oct. 23: Atlanta area, Georgia; Denver area, Colorado
- Oct. 24: Orange County, California; Charlotte, North Carolina
- Oct. 25: Boone, North Carolina; Aurora, Illinois
